Wow I’m glad this month is almost over.  Maybe this will be an end to the January, February, March Blues.  It’s been like Murphy’s Law.  Whatever you think can’t happen does!  Guess that’s what they call life.

I want to thank everyone for sending me the notes of encouragement.   Its your support that will see me through the rough times, not only with my weight, but the emotional turmoil I’m going through. 

On a good note, my shih-tzu pups that excaped where found.  They were playing in the street by a radio station.  They went to “puppy jail”.  A small fortune later, they are now home and being boys.
